Due to limited inventory and exclusive stock, we do not offer direct exchanges for color, size, or model. If you require a different item, please initiate a return for your current purchase and place a new order on our website.
To be eligible for a refund, products must meet the following criteria:
Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 business days from the date of delivery.
Product State: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all brand tags and price labels intact.
Clothing: Items showing signs of perfume, sweat, deodorant, or makeup stains will not be accepted.
Footwear: Shoes must be tried on indoors. Soles must be spotless. The original shoe box must be returned undamaged inside a protective bag.
Bags: Must retain their original shape with all internal stuffing and protective plastics intact.
Cosmetics & Hygiene: For health and safety reasons, cosmetic products that have been opened or used are strictly non-returnable.
Custom Orders: Products modified to specific customer specifications are non-refundable.
Complimentary Return: We provide one (1) free return per order number.
Authorized Carrier: Returns must be processed through SMSA Cargo using the form provided in your package. Returns sent via other carriers will not be accepted.

Inspection: Upon arrival, items undergo a quality check.
Approval: Once approved, the refund is processed within 3 business days.
Processing Time: Depending on your bank, it may take 10 to 45 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
COD & Bank Transfers: For "Cash on Delivery" orders, you must provide your IBAN, Bank Name, and Account Holder Name on the return form.
Non-Refundable Fees: Only the product price is refundable. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Installments: For Tabby/Tamara or credit card installments, the bank will credit the amount back according to their monthly schedule.
